Marketing and Communications Fundamentals for Corporate Teams
A five-week in-person training programme for junior marketing and communications professionals
Marketing and communications teams today are expected to move quickly, manage multiple channels and deliver measurable results. Yet many junior professionals enter the workplace with strong academic knowledge but limited exposure to the practical realities of marketing inside organisations.
At the same time, senior leaders often do not have the time to step back and explain the fundamentals while teams are under pressure to deliver campaigns, content and communications.
This course is designed to bridge that gap.
Delivered in person and in small groups, the programme introduces the practical foundations of marketing and communications through real-world examples, structured frameworks and guided discussion. Participants gain a clearer understanding of how strategy, messaging, content and channels work together in practice.
The course is led by Melissa Attree, a senior marketing and communications strategist with more than thirty years of industry experience working with brands, organisations and leadership teams. She has also lectured at UCT, Red & Yellow, AAA and the IAJ and specialises in making concepts practical, engaging and accessible.
Let's get your Marketing and Communications teams up to speed in an accessible and structured way. During the sessions we'll also discuss real-life examples, practical exercises and facilitate Q&A to ensure maximum value.
